Any containers that are greater than 300 gallons that I use to store rinsates for more than 14 consecutive days are located within secondary containment.
My bulk pesticide storage facility is not located in an area known to be subject to flooding or in an area where spillage, loading, unloading or secondary containment failure could threaten or cause damage to streams or water supplies.
All of my bulk pesticide storage containers are located above ground.
I do not store pesticides next to materials that are intended to be consumed by humans or animals to avoid the possibility that pesticides could be commingled with these materials.
I have an Emergency Discharge Response Plan on file and in a conspicuous place near my storage facility and/or operational area and routinely review this plan with my employee's.
I have an immediate supply of clean water immediately near my storage facility that can be used to wash or shower in case of accidental human exposure.
